In case you don't know,  Mountain Day is a Glorious Day at Mount Holyoke College on which all classes are cancelled because the weather is TOO NICE to be sitting in class allday.  The intended idea is that the students will climb Mount Holyoke,and vansrun all day to the bottom of the trail.  At the peak, an oldrestoredhotel with observation decks all around provides an excellent viewof thevalleybelow.  Finally, as a junior, I made the hike, and I'mso gladI did...it was fabulous.
